„Stay Clean And Safe” – new educational project for youth

The Kre-Activ Association has started a new international project funded by the European Union in partnership with organizations from Italy, Slovenia and Northern Moldova.

Learn about the project’s goals

The project’s primary objective is to establish a youth-oriented program dedicated to enhancing well-being so that youth workers and educators can use tools in order to support youth’s mental and physical health. Additionally, we aim to encourage greater youth participation in activism that promotes a healthy lifestyle, overall well-being, and self-care. We would like to raise awareness among young people and young adults about the impact of mental health on physical health and vice versa. The three key factors affecting our quality of life are adequate sleep, a healthy diet and movement. We want to teach adolescents, youth workers and educators of youth how to take care of their sleep, in the case of those still learning, how to maintain a study-life balance, how to introduce simple healthier eating habits that support our mental and physical well-being. While educating about healthy diet and eating habits, we also want to educate about the idea of Zero Waste. We want to improve three key factors that can improve mental and physical health and what is more we and to improve a more eco-friendly approach when it comes to food and eating-habits.

Who do we address?

There are three groups we want to reach: young people aged 13-23, youth workers and educators, working in NGOs, youth, educational, mental and physical health support institutions

We will give youth workers and educators new opportunities, new tools and possibilities to use different methods to improve the quality of education in specific areas of well-being, physical and mental health of youth.

  2. a series of interactive workshops covering 4 topics related to well-being;
  3. a board game with key information on 4 topics related to healthy lifestyles;
  4. podcasts in collaboration with youth, youth;

What will be the results?

  1. Podcasts featuring 4 international teams of youth and educators.
